GUIDELINES

1. Applications for the Miami-Dade County Housing and Community Development's (HCD) Project-Based Voucher Site-Based Waitlists can be submitted online only during the established open registration period from Monday, June 9, 2025, at 08:00 a.m. through Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time). No paper applications will be available or accepted.
   
   
2. All applications completed and submitted during the open online application submission period will have the same opportunity to automatically be entered into a computer-generated randomization process, regardless of the date or time of submittal. Applicant(s) will receive a confirmation number to acknowledge successful transmission of the application.
   
   
3. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement on the Project-Based Voucher Site-Based Waitlists. Only the number of available applications will be selected for placement on the respective waitlist.
   
   
4. Applicant(s) who submit more than one (1) application or who make misleading or false statements will be disqualified.
   
   
5. Once applications are randomly sorted and assigned a ranking number, applicants will be notified of their ranking in writing to the mailing address and/or email address provided at the time of submission.
   
   
6. Eligibility Requirements: At the time of selection, Applicant(s) must meet the property's designation (e.g., elderly, disabled or family), the program requirements and the income limits for the household composition established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2025 income limits are as follows:

Technical Assistance Locations:
If you do not have internet access or a device to connect and submit the application and you need assistance with completing your online application, you may go to any of the locations listed below between June 09, 2025, and June 20, 2025, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except holidays, or you can call 311 for information or you can submit an application online at any time during the open online application submission period. You are encouraged to visit HCD's website at www.miamidade.gov/publichousing for additional information.

INSTRUCTIONS:
The Head of Household must be at least 18 years of age at the time of this submission.

Please have the following information available for the Head of Household (HOH) and for all additional household members:

• Full name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Race
• Social security numbers
• Veteran status
• Current mailing address, phone number, and email address
• Disability status and/or special needs
• Unit accessibility needs (e.g., wheelchair, hearing impaired, vision impaired)

Note: Ethnicity and Race are collected for statistical purposes only.

MAINTAINING YOUR STATUS ON THE WAITLIST
If you have a change of address, phone number, income or family size, you must notify us within 10 business days of the change. ALL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND CAN BE COMPLETED ON https://mdvoucher.com/.

If you do not respond to our notifications, or your letter is returned undeliverable, YOUR NAME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE WAITLIST..
